All orders ship from Michigan via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Free shipping on orders over $150. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $150.

Tracking is provided for every order. International shipping is available — rates are calculated at checkout.

Each piece is hand-packed with care. Wind bells and rain chains are wrapped individually and boxed with padding to protect them in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Because every object is one of a kind and made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
